People often ask me if now is a good time to buy a home and my standard reply is "it depends". Regardless of the market conditions and macro-economic indicators, it depends on your specific situation. Are you mentally, physically and financially prepared not only for the home buying process but also for the lifestyle change that will follow that decision.  If it is the right time, my overall advice is as follows:

- know your number,
- know what you will compromise on,
- be patient,
- be decisive and confident in your decisions.

Through our initial conversations,  I'll help you narrow down what you need/want and also what your "number" is. Those things will have a massive impact on where we start looking and what we look for.  Some of the best advice for buyers comes from past clients with gems such as:
